Responsibilities
- Oversee office facilities management, including vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and supply procurement
- Manage administrative team workflows, performance, and professional development
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and corporate travel arrangements
- Develop and implement office policies, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives
- Manage budget reconciliation, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Coordinate company events, offsites, and community engagement activities
- Serve as primary liaison for IT, HR, and facility-related issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and facility management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $200K annually
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build cross-departmental relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in conflict resolution
- Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent preferred
