Key Responsibilities

- Maintain office budgets and prepare monthly expense reports with high accuracy.

- Handle incoming communications, including mail, email, and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and building standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an office management or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with basic HR functions, such as onboarding and payroll processing.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to facility management.
