What You'll Do:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and handle procurement for office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Assist with HR functions, including new hire onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
- Plan and coordinate company events, team building activities, and internal meetings.
- Monitor and maintain office budget, ensuring cost-effective practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility maintenance and security issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with basic HR processes and payroll systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
