Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations, including facilities management, vendor relations, and inventory control
- Manage administrative budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Coordinate complex calendars, executive travel, and high-level meetings
- Lead HR support for onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
- Implement and optimize office workflows using digital tools (MS Office, G-Suite)
- Serve as primary point of contact for building management and maintenance issues
- Develop and maintain comprehensive office policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Proven expertise in office management, facilities coordination, and budget oversight
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital workflow tools
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing vendor contracts and service agreements
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Nebraska labor regulations and HR best practices
