Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including supply inventory, facility maintenance, and vendor management
- Manage administrative workflows including scheduling, correspondence, and document processing
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Supervise support staff and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Manage office budget and expense reporting
- Act as primary liaison for IT, HR, and facility-related matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience developing and implementing operational procedures
- Valid Arizona driver's license
