Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Lead vendor relationships and contract negotiations for office services
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance productivity and compliance
- Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain HR documentation systems
- Suppose administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in corporate environments
