Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and inventory control
- Manage executive calendars, arrange complex travel itineraries, and coordinate high-level meetings
- Lead HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and benefits administration
- Develop and maintain comprehensive digital filing systems with strict compliance protocols
- Act as primary liaison for IT support, security systems, and office equipment maintenance
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and implement process improvement initiatives
- Manage office budget, expense reports, and procurement of supplies/services
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in fast-paced corporate environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HRIS platforms
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate executive-level priorities
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
