Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Manage administrative staff scheduling, performance, and professional development
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Implement and maintain office procedures for security, safety, and compliance
- Handle budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and policy updates
- Act as primary liaison for IT, facilities, and external service providers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in corporate or professional services
- Proven expertise in budget management, procurement, and vendor negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing remote teams and hybrid work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CMM) a plus
