Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor management
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Manage administrative budgets and process expense reports
- Lead onboarding processes and serve as primary HR liaison for employee inquiries
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate company events and team-building activities
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Proven experience as Office Manager or Executive Assistant role
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts
- Certification in office management (e.g., AOM) preferred
