Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Manage administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate executive calendars, arrange complex travel itineraries, and prepare confidential documents
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service agreements
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
