Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and inventory control
- Manage administrative workflows including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and maintain comprehensive HR documentation
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage office budget allocation and expense reporting
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and special events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Tennessee labor laws
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
