Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and inventory control
- Manage administrative workflows including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Lead office procurement processes while maintaining budget compliance and cost optimization
- Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation procedures
- Implement and maintain office safety protocols and compliance standards
- Act as primary point of contact for IT facilities and maintenance requests
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven team leadership
