Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facility management, vendor coordination, and inventory control
- Manage administrative staff and optimize workflow efficiency across departments
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and high-level executive support
- Manage budgeting for office expenses and negotiate vendor contracts
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Serve as primary point of contact for facility maintenance and IT support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in tech or corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and facility management software
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Proven project management capabilities with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) preferred
