- Manage administrative staff scheduling, performance, and professional development
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and high-profile client events
- Develop and maintain comprehensive office budgets with quarterly financial reporting
- Implement workplace safety protocols and ensure OSHA/FMLA compliance
- Optimize digital workflows using Microsoft 365 and Salesforce CRM systems
- Spearhead cross-departmental projects including office relocations and tech upgrades
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate or industrial settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
- Proven vendor negotiation and contract management expertise
- SHRM-SCP or similar HR certification preferred
- Texas Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain within 30 days
