Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily functioning of the office, including facility management, supply chain, and vendor relations to ensure seamless operations.
- HR Administration: Support HR initiatives, including onboarding new hires, processing payroll, and maintaining employee records.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company-wide events, quarterly meetings, and team-building activities to boost morale.
- Financial Oversight: Manage office budgets, track expenses, and prepare monthly financial reports in collaboration with the finance team.
- IT Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT issues and facilitate the implementation of new software and hardware.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders, managing incoming communications professionally.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 4-6 years in office management or administrative leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and experience with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, ADP) or accounting software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and executives.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
- Education: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
