Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring a productive and organized environment for all employees.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, equipment, and services to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding new hires, managing employee records, and answering general HR inquiries.
- Monitor and manage the office budget, tracking expenses and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and facility maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in an office management or administrative assistant role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and HRIS systems is preferred.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
