Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Los Angeles office to ensure a productive and organized environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, including vendors for IT support, cleaning, and office supplies, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Develop and maintain the office budget, tracking expenses and preparing monthly financial reports for management.
- Coordinate onsite and offsite events, including team building activities, holiday parties, and client networking events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, assisting with onboarding, employee files, and benefits administration.
- Maintain office equipment and facilities, troubleshooting minor technical issues and arranging necessary repairs.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an office management or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, expense tracking, and vendor negotiation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is preferred.
