Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant with company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor performance reviews to ensure optimal service levels.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep to maintain a professional working environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, assisting with onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and coordinating team-building events.
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and expense tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring attention to detail.
