Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Kansas City office, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for employees and visitors.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance contracts to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, including managing invoices, contracts, and service level agreements.
- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll support.
- Develop and manage the office budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Facilitate team-building activities and corporate events to boost employee engagement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in an office management or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with basic HRIS systems and payroll processes is preferred.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
