Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory management, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Manage executive calendars, arrange complex travel logistics, and prepare confidential correspondence
- Lead onboarding processes, new hire orientations, and employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement office protocols, safety procedures, and sustainability programs
- Coordinate facilities management, space planning, and event logistics for company functions
- Act as primary liaison for IT, HR, and finance departments to ensure operational alignment
- Manage budget tracking for office expenses, procurement, and cost optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive experience in office administration or facilities management
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Strong background in vendor negotiation, contract management, and procurement processes
- Experience developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment in sensitive matters
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
- Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
