Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and manage the front desk reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events with precision.
- Manage vendor relationships, handle procurement of office supplies, and maintain office equipment.
- Assist with basic HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a focus on detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
