Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, including facility management, vendor relations, and supply chain logistics to ensure a seamless working environment.
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level executive assistance to senior leadership, managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.
- HR & Culture: Support Human Resources initiatives by managing the onboarding process for new hires, maintaining employee records, and coordinating internal engagement activities.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company-wide events, team-building activities, and client meetings, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attendee satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Assist in the tracking of office budgets, processing invoices, and managing petty cash to ensure financial accountability.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an office management or senior administrative role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management or HR software (e.g., Asana, Slack, BambooHR).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of staff and executives.
- Organization: Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and solve problems independently.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and financial tracking.
