Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supply chain, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Manage HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and policy compliance
- Develop and maintain departmental budgets with quarterly financial reporting
- Lead cross-functional projects including office relocations and system implementations
- Implement workplace safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Act as primary liaison for IT, facilities, and external service providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Proven experience in office management or executive administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processing
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder management
- Experience managing budgets over $100,000
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
