Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor relationships, and supply chain logistics
- Manage administrative staff, scheduling, and performance evaluation for 3 direct reports
- Implement and maintain office protocols for safety, security, and sustainability
- Coordinate executive-level meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning
- Develop and manage office budgets with P&L accountability
- Lead digital transformation initiatives for office systems and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience required)
- Proven expertise in office management with 3+ years in tech/startup environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and HRIS platforms
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to multitask complex initiatives
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity for diverse teams
