Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate executive schedules, travel arrangements, and high-level meeting logistics
- Lead HR functions onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee budgeting, expense reporting, and financial record-keeping for department
- Implement and optimize administrative systems for efficiency and compliance
- Serve as primary point of contact for building management and security protocols
- Lead office relocations and space planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience may substitute)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and expense management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to manage executive relationships
- Proven project management experience for office relocations or events
- SHRM or similar HR certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for Miami market
