Responsibilities
- Manage office administration, including supply chain, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and corporate travel arrangements
- Oversee HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance documentation
- Develop and implement operational policies to enhance productivity and workplace culture
- Manage office budget, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Serve as primary liaison for IT support, facilities management, and security protocols
- Organize company events, team building activities, and client-facing functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive experience in office administration or facilities management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and office management software
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and expense control
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred
