Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services (cleaning, security, IT support)
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level meeting logistics
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and administer HR documentation
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Supervise administrative staff and conduct performance evaluations
- Manage office budget allocation and expense reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Proven experience as Office Manager or similar administrative leadership role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and expense control

- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
