Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations including facilities management, vendor contracts, and maintenance coordination
- Manage administrative workflows including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense processing
- Lead HR coordination including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Develop and implement office policies promoting efficiency, safety, and sustainability
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Manage office budgeting, procurement, and inventory control
- Serve as primary liaison for building management and external service providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and procurement experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience implementing sustainability initiatives and green office practices
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
