Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations, including facility management, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate cross-departmental communications
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and workflow systems
- Handle budget administration, expense reports, and financial record-keeping
- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Act as primary point of contact for building management and maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
