Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor contracts, and equipment maintenance
- Manage administrative workflows including scheduling, correspondence, and document management systems
- Lead office staff coordination and cross-departmental communication initiatives
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and efficiency improvements
- Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and meeting logistics
- Manage office budget, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Serve as primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries and emergencies
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in professional services environment
- Proven expertise in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising administrative teams
- Knowledge of El Paso business community and local vendor networks
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency strongly preferred
