- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and corporate events
- Develop and implement office procedures and compliance protocols
- Manage budget allocations, expense reports, and financial records
- Spearhead onboarding programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Act as primary liaison for IT, facilities, and HR departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Project management certification (PMP) preferred
- Experience with hybrid team coordination and remote work policies
