Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Oversee administrative staff performance and development initiatives
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Manage budget allocations for office expenses and vendor contracts
- Coordinate special events, onboarding processes, and employee wellness programs
- Serve as primary point of contact for facility management and security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation expertise
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing administrative teams
- Knowledge of D.C. labor laws and compliance regulations
- Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive executive matters
