Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including supply inventory, facilities maintenance, and equipment coordination
- Oversee administrative staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and expense reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
