Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply chain logistics
- Manage administrative staff through performance reviews, training, and workflow optimization
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate executive calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Handle budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement for office resources
- Serve as primary HR liaison for onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems for critical business documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate or professional services
- Proven expertise in vendor management, procurement, and facilities oversight
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize complex projects
- Strong leadership background with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
