Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations, including supply inventory management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Manage administrative workflows, scheduling, and vendor relationships for optimal efficiency
- Lead onboarding processes, coordinate HR documentation, and serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries
- Implement and maintain office protocols for safety, security, and compliance with company policies
- Support budget tracking, expense reports, and financial documentation coordination
- Coordinate executive-level support, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Act as liaison between departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in a corporate environment
- Proven expertise in facility management, vendor contracts, and operational logistics
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong background in HR coordination, onboarding, and employee relations
- Experience managing budgets and financial documentation processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
- Local Tucson residency required for immediate availability
