Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply chain logistics
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and handle confidential communications
- Implement HR processes including onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance documentation
- Develop and maintain office budgets, expense reports, and procurement protocols
- Lead cross-functional projects including space reorganization, technology upgrades, and event planning
- Serve as primary liaison for IT, facilities, and security teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office administration experience in fast-paced environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
- Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Maryland employment regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience required
