Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including supply inventory, mail processing, and facility maintenance
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract renewals for office services (cleaning, IT, security)
- Coordinate employee onboarding, HR documentation, and benefits administration
- Develop and maintain office budgets, track spending, and optimize operational costs
- Organize company events, meetings, and offsite activities
- Implement office safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in professional environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll processing, and benefits administration
- Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate vendor contracts
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks, ADP)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
