- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Manage administrative workflows including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate HR documentation
- Supplement bookkeeping functions including expense reports and vendor invoice processing
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Serve as primary point of contact for building management and external vendors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in professional services
- Proven expertise in administrative systems and office technologies (Microsoft 365, G-Suite)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong financial acumen for budget tracking and expense management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across all levels
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software
