Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Manage vendor relationships for services like IT, cleaning, and catering
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and corporate travel arrangements
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires, including workspace setup and orientation
- Develop and maintain office budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation
- Implement health/safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Support HR initiatives including performance tracking and employee engagement programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication abilities with all organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capability
- Kansas City metro area residency required for immediate availability
