Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply chain logistics
- Manage administrative staff, providing guidance on scheduling, performance, and professional development
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate executive calendars, arrange complex travel, and manage confidential documentation
- Handle budget reconciliation, expense reports, and procurement for office resources
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and off-site activities
- Serve as primary point of contact for building management and maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong leadership experience with staff management and conflict resolution
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
