- Manage executive calendars, meeting logistics, and corporate travel arrangements
- Administer HR processes including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
- Develop and maintain office budgets with meticulous financial reporting
- Lead cross-departmental projects including event planning and process improvements
- Implement technology solutions for office automation and digital workflows
- Serve as primary liaison for building management and security protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Proven expertise in budget management ($100K+ annual budgets)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management abilities
- Certification in Office Administration or Business Management preferred
- Experience implementing sustainability initiatives in office settings
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
