Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate administrative workflows, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Oversee onboarding processes and HR documentation compliance
- Handle budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement
- Serve as primary point of contact for building management and IT support
- Implement office efficiency improvements and process optimization
- Support event planning and team coordination activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Indiana labor laws
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts
- Certification in office administration (preferred)
- Experience in fast-paced corporate or startup environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
