Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal functionality
- Oversee administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate events
- Develop and implement office procedures, policies, and efficiency improvements
- Handle procurement, inventory management, and budget oversight for office supplies

Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Proven expertise in administrative staff supervision and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong budget management and procurement experience
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
