- Process payroll, expense reports, and vendor invoices with strict attention to detail
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and implement HR compliance procedures
- Develop and optimize administrative workflows to enhance team productivity
- Act as primary liaison for building management and external service providers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced calendar management systems
- Proven experience with payroll processing (ADP or similar platforms)
