- Manage facility management including security, utilities, and space planning
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration coordination
- Support HR functions including onboarding and employee relations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia PA labor laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- PMP or SHRM certification a plus
