Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain office policies for safety and efficiency
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting for office operations
- Act as primary liaison for building management and maintenance requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of office management experience in corporate or startup environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts
