Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the Milwaukee office, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance contracts.
- Handle budget management, including expense reports and petty cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, ensuring professional reception.
- Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an office management or administrative assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Experience with basic accounting software and expense tracking is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
