Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, supply inventory, and vendor coordination
- Manage administrative staff schedules, performance, and professional development
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level meeting logistics
- Develop and maintain office budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Implement HR compliance protocols including onboarding, offboarding, and policy updates
- Optimize office technology systems including phone systems, security protocols, and IT support coordination
- Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Proven track record in office management, facilities coordination, or executive administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and expense management experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
- Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of New Mexico labor laws and HR compliance requirements
