- Handle budget administration for office expenses and procurement processes
- Serve as primary point of contact for IT support and maintenance requests
- Coordinate employee onboarding and office orientation programs
- Manage records retention and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in a corporate setting
- Proven expertise in budget management and vendor negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong leadership abilities with staff management experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
