Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations including supply chain management, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence with discretion
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings, events, and offsite activities
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance productivity and compliance
- Supervise administrative staff and foster a positive team culture
- Monitor budget allocation and expense reporting for operational departments
- Serve as primary liaison for HR, IT, and facilities support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven settings
- Strong knowledge of Indiana labor regulations and OSHA compliance
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in facilities management or business administration preferred
